Remove your Facebook data
Either of these deletes your Facebook access token straight away, so Launcher can no longer reach your Facebook account:
- In Launcher, go to Ad accounts and click Disconnect next to your name.
- In Facebook, go to Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) and remove Launcher. Facebook tells us automatically, and we also delete your Facebook name.
Ad accounts and launch history belong to the workspace, so they stay for your teammates (with no way to launch until someone reconnects). The ads themselves stay in Meta; manage or delete them in Ads Manager.
Delete your whole account
Email [email protected] from your account’s email address. Within 30 days we delete your account and, if you own the workspace, its uploaded files, drafts, launch history, templates and settings. Backups are deleted as they expire.
